Coalition response…Letter-writer Jerry Cadagan fails in his attempt to compare the current Bay Delta Conservation Plan’s twin tunnels with the Peripheral Canal. The Peripheral Canal would have transported water at a capacity of 21,800 cubic feet per second (cfs)…the capacity of the two tunnels is only 9,000 cfs.
